Preparing to Lead, Ready to Serve: Incomimg President Delta Binay Joins PELS 2026

The Rotary Club of Metro Delta proudly recognizes the participation of its Charter President, Delta Binay, in the two-day President-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) 2026, held on March 14–15, 2026, at Estancia de Lorenzo.

As Charter President continuing her leadership role for the Rotary year, Delta joined fellow Rotary leaders in a meaningful learning experience focused on strengthening leadership, deepening knowledge of Rotary programs, and preparing leaders for effective and impactful service.

Learning with Purpose

PELS provided a valuable platform for leadership development, fellowship, and the exchange of ideas. More than a seminar, it was an opportunity to gain new perspectives and renew the commitment to lead with purpose and serve with intention.

The experience reinforced the importance of continuous learning in becoming a more capable and responsive Rotary leader, one who listens, collaborates, and turns shared vision into meaningful action.
