Harana Night: Celebrating Fellowship, Support, and Filipino Tradition

During the President-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) on March 14–15, 2026, the Rotary Club of Metro Delta joined fellow Rotarians in celebrating Harana Night, a meaningful evening inspired by a cherished Filipino tradition of expressing friendship, encouragement, and goodwill.

More than a cultural celebration, Harana Night created a beautiful space for Rotarians to come together, strengthen friendships, and show their support for the incoming leaders of the Rotary year.

Fellowship That Strengthens Leadership

The evening served as a reminder that leadership is not built through learning alone. It grows through fellowship, mentorship, encouragement, and shared experiences.

As incoming presidents prepare to take on the responsibilities of leadership, the spirit of Harana reflected a simple but powerful message: no leader serves alone. Behind every meaningful Rotary journey is a community of people willing to support, inspire, and walk alongside one another.
